Refund and Return Policy

At West Vaal Spares, we want to ensure you get the right part for your vehicle. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Return Requirements

• Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Must be in the original packaging.
• Electrical parts are subject to technical testing before a refund is processed.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Shipping for Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: [Your Physical Address in South Africa]. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
